About The Founder
Inderbir Singh dedicates his working life to delivering high-level services and inspiring the WCS team. Customers count on his proven leadership and unwavering integrity. His recommendations for strategy and solutions are always tailored to your evolving situation and budget. Maintaining a company-wide attitude of problem-solving and positivity requires that the entire staff team feels fully supported. Inderbir creates an uplifting work environment for everyone. And our clients feel the positive impacts on the front-line.
After growing up in the Punjab region, he started his career in Canada as a loss-prevention specialist. Training from the Justice Institute of British Columbia, combined with real-world experience, exposed him to all facets of the protection industry. As a business owner, he learns and contributes through the Victoria chapter of Think Local First, the Vancouver Island Construction Association, the Victoria Chamber's Board, and ASIS International. For him, true leadership goes beyond guiding internal operations. His organization plays an active part in our dynamic, quickly growing city.
